The challenge
Paper files moving from desk to desk, lost documents, delays no one can track: nobody knows where a request stands.
We turn a paper procedure into a complete digital workflow: online submission, supporting documents, approval circuits, electronic signature and real-time tracking. NEXTBIT starts by analysing the procedure as it is actually carried out, removes unnecessary steps, then builds the platform and tests it on a pilot scope. Personal data is processed in line with Law 18-07. You receive a platform in production, its source code, its documentation and indicators to measure processing times.

Frequently asked questions
Do we have to digitise the whole procedure at once?
No. We start with a pilot on a limited scope, using real files. Paper and digital circuits can run side by side during the transition, then the platform is extended once the success criteria are met, without unplanned downtime of the service.
How is applicants' personal data protected?
Protection is built in from the design stage: encrypted exchanges, role-based access control, logging of every consultation and hosting on the infrastructure of your choice. Personal data is processed in line with Law 18-07, and retention rules are defined with you.
Can the platform exchange data with our other systems?
Yes. We connect the platform to your existing applications through documented APIs: management, archiving, email or SMS. Exchanges are logged, so you can see which data was sent, when, and to which system.
