Ongoing support to management by NEXTBIT under a service contract: roadmap, technical decisions, supplier oversight.

The challenge

Important technical decisions to make, on solutions, contracts or suppliers, without in-house expertise to inform them.

Strategic IT steering is a service NEXTBIT provides under an annual service contract. Each month, NEXTBIT leads a steering committee with your management: project progress, risks, decisions to take. We draw up and update the information system roadmap, prepare technical decisions and review contracts, bids and supplier performance. Each quarter, a report to management takes stock of the situation and the priorities. You decide; we provide an independent analysis to support each decision.

NEXTBIT works with your team, without replacing it. The monthly committee brings together your managers and decision-makers; we prepare the analyses and documents, your teams bring their knowledge of the ground. Decisions remain those of your management and are recorded in a shared log.

Can NEXTBIT recommend its own services?

Our role is to recommend what serves your interests. When an option involves work NEXTBIT could carry out, we say so clearly and present the alternatives. We do not resell hardware and do not depend on any vendor, which keeps our recommendations neutral.

What is the contractual framework for this service?

The service is offered as an annual subscription, under a service contract with NEXTBIT. The contract sets out the scope, the committee calendar and the content of the reports, which are reviewed at each renewal as your priorities change.
