Training and skills transfer
Every project includes skills transfer; tailor-made programmes on site or remote.
The challenge
Once the supplier has left, teams cannot operate or evolve the systems that were delivered.
At NEXTBIT, every project includes skills transfer: your teams take part in the work, receive the documentation and are trained on their own systems. Beyond projects, our catalogue covers nine domains, from infrastructure and databases to train-the-trainer. We also design tailor-made programmes, starting from an assessment of each group's level. Sessions take place on site or remotely, with hands-on exercises on environments close to yours, so participants can apply what they learn straight away.

Frequently asked questions
Is skills transfer billed separately?
In our projects, skills transfer is part of the service: your teams take part in the work, receive the documentation and are trained on the delivered systems. Catalogue courses and tailor-made programmes delivered outside a project are covered by a separate proposal.
Can you train on a topic that is not in the catalogue?
Yes. The catalogue is indicative. We design tailor-made courses on any topic related to your systems and your business, after a needs analysis. Content, format and level are agreed with you before the sessions begin.
Can training be delivered remotely?
Yes. Sessions take place on site, at your premises, or remotely, with virtual classrooms and hands-on environments available online. A blended format is possible, for example theory delivered remotely and practical workshops on site.
